DS1810R-5+T&R

The DS1810R-5+T&R is a 5V EconoReset monitor with push pull output in 3 pin SOT-23 package. It uses a precision temperature reference and comparator circuit to monitor status of power supply (VCC). An internal power fail signal forces reset to the active state when an out of tolerance condition is detected. The reset signal is kept in active state for approximately 150ms to allow power supply and processor to stabilize when VCC returns to an in-tolerance condition. The DS1810 provides the function of detecting out of tolerance power supply conditions and warning processor based system of impending power failure.

• Supply voltage range from 1.2V to 5.5V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Active-low, push-pull output for low current operation
• Reset active time of 150ms and VCC trip point of 4.62V
• Output capacitance of 10pF
• Automatically restarts a microprocessor after power failure
• Reduces need for discrete components
• Precision temperature compensated voltage reference and voltage sensor
