DG411DJ+

The DG411DJ+ is an improved quad SPST analogue switch in 16 pin PDIP package. This device features low on-resistance matching between switch (3ohm maximum) and on-resistance flatness over the signal range (Δ4ohm maximum). The low on-resistance switch conducts equally well in either direction. It is used in sample and hold circuits, test equipment, heads-up displays, guidance & control systems, military radios, communication systems, PBX, PABX, battery operated systems, audio signal routing.

• Supply voltage range from 10V to 30V (single-supply), ±4.5V to ±20V (bipolar-supply)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Normally closed (NC) switch
• Plug-in upgrade for industry standard DG411
• Maximum improved charge injection of 10pC
• Improved off leakage current over temperature (<lt/> 5nA at +85°C)
• Withstand electrostatic discharge (2000V min) per method 3015.7
• Maximum RDS(ON) of 80 ohm at 25°C (single supply), low power consumption of 35µW
