ADM213ARSZ

ADM213 is a line drivers/receiver. It is ntended for all EIA-232-E and V.28 communications interfaces. This device feature a low power shutdown mode that reduces power dissipation to less than 5μW, making them ideally suited for battery-powered equipment. It has an active low shutdown and an active high receiver-enable control. Two receivers of the device remain active during shutdown. This feature is useful for ring indicator monitoring. It is widely used in application such as computers, peripherals, modems, printers, instruments etc.
