Product Overview
ADG726 is a monolithic, complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) dual 16-channel analog multiplexer. This device switches one of 16 inputs as determined by the 4-bit binary address lines A0, A1, A2, and A3. This multiplexer is designed on an enhanced submicron process that provides low power dissipation yet gives high switching speed, very low on resistance, and leakage currents. It is widely used in application such as optical applications, data acquisition systems, communication systems, relay replacement, audio and video switching, battery-powered systems, medical instrumentation, automatic test equipment (ATE) etc.
- Single-supply operation is 1.8V to 5.5V
- Dual-supply operation is ±2.5V
- On resistance is 4 ohm at 25°C (+5V single supply/±2.5V dual supply)
- On-resistance flatness is 0.5 ohm at 25°C (+5V single supply/±2.5V dual supply)
- Rail-to-rail operation, TTL-/CMOS-compatible inputs
- Transition time is 23ns typical at 25°C
- Operating temperature range is –40°C to +85°C
- Packaging style is 48-lead thin plastic quad flat package [TQFP]
