ADG612 is a monolithic CMOS device containing four independently selectable switch. This device is fully specified for ±5V, +5V, and +3V supplies. Each contains four independent single-pole, single-throw (SPST) switches. The device differ only in that the digital control logic is inverted. The device switches are turned on with a logic high on the appropriate control input. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on and has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. It is widely used in application such as automatic test equipment, data acquisition systems, battery-powered systems, communications systems, sample-and-hold systems, audio signal routing, relay replacement, avionics etc.

• Charge injection is -0.5pC typical at (VS = 0V, RS = 0 ohm, CL = 1nF)
• Dual-supply operation is ±2.7V to ±5.5V
• Single-supply operation is +2.7V to +5.5V
• Low leakage current is ±0.01nA typical at (VD = ±4.5V, VS = +4.5V)
• On resistance is 85ohm typical at (VS = ±3V, IS = -1mA)
• Rail-to-rail switching operation
• Fast switching times, 680MHz typical -3dB bandwidth at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF)
• TTL-/CMOS-compatible inputs
• Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C
• Package style is 16-lead thin shrink small outline [TSSOP]
