ADG5436F is a fault protection and detection, 10 ohm RON, dual SPDT switch. It is an analogue multiplexer, containing two independently selectable single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch. An EN input is used to disable all the switches. For use in multiplexer applications, both switches exhibit break-before make switching action. Each channel conducts equally well in both directions when on, and each switch has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. The digital inputs are compatible with 3V logic inputs over the full operating supply range. When no power supplies are present, the switch remains in the off condition, and the channel inputs are high impedance. Application includes analogue input/output modules, process control/distributed control systems, data acquisition, instrumentation, avionics, automatic test equipment, communication systems, relay replacement.
