Product Overview
ADG508A is a CMOS monolithic analog multiplexer with eight channels. This device switches one of eight inputs to a common output, depending on the state of three binary addresses and an enable input. It is designed on an enhanced LC²MOS process that gives an increased signal capability of VSS to VDD and enables operation over a wide range of supply voltages.
- Operating supply voltage rating is 44V max
- Single-/dual-supply specifications
- Wide supply range is 10.8V to 16.5V
- Low power dissipation is 28mW maximum
- Low leakage is 20pA typical
- Off isolation is 68dB typ at (VEN = 0.8V, RL = 1Kohm, CL = 15pF)
- Operating temperature range is −40°C to +85°C
- Package style is 16-lead standard small outline package [SOIC-N]
