ADG4612 contain four independent single pole/single-throw (SPST) switches. This device switches are turned on with Logic 1 on the appropriate control input. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on, and each switch has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. The low on resistance of this switches make them ideal solutions for data acquisition and gain switching applications where low on resistance and distortion is critical. The on resistance profile is very flat over the full analog input range ensuring excellent linearity and low distortion when switching audio signals. It is widely used in application such as hot swap applications, data acquisition systems, battery-powered systems, automatic test equipment, communication systems, relay replacement etc.
