ADG201HSKNZ

ADG201H is a monolithic CMOS device comprising four independently selectable SPST switches. It is designed on an enhanced LC ²MOS process which gives very fast switching speed and low RON. The switch also feature break before make switching action for use in multiplexer applications and low charge injection for minimum transients on the output when switching the digital inputs.

• Power dissipation is 240mW maximum
• Low RON is 30 ohm typical
• Single supply operation is 10.8V to 16.5V
• Low leakage current is 100pA typical
• Channel to channel crosstalk is 86dB typical
• Off isolation is 72dB typical
• Operating temperature is -40°C to 85°C
• Package style is 16-pin plastic DIP
