ADA4817-1ARDZ

ADA4817-1 is a single, FastFET™ amplifier. It is a unity-gain stable, ultrahigh speed, voltage feedback amplifiers with FET inputs. These amplifiers were developed with the Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary extra fast complementary bipolar (XFCB) process, which allows the amplifiers to achieve ultralow noise (4nV/√Hz; 2.5fA/√Hz) as well as very high input impedances. It is widely used in application such as photodiode amplifiers, data acquisition front ends, instrumentation, filters, ADC drivers, output buffers etc.

• −3dB bandwidth is 1050MHz typ at (VOUT = 0.1V p-p)
• Slew rate is 870V/µs typ
• 0.1% settling time is 9ns typ
• Input bias current is 2pA typ
• Common-mode capacitance is 1.3pF typ, differential mode capacitance is 0.1pF typ
• Low distortion is −90dBc typ at 10MHz (G = 1, RL = 1Kohm)
• Linear output current is 40mA typ
• Supply quiescent current per amplifier is 19mA typ
• Operating temperature is -40°C to +105°C
• Packaging style is 8-lead standard small outline package with exposed pad
