Product Overview
AD9446 is a 16bit, monolithic, sampling analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with an on-chip track-and-hold circuit. It is optimized for performance, small size, and ease of use. Typical application includes MRI receivers, multicarrier, multimode cellular receivers, antenna array positioning, power amplifier linearization, broadband wireless, radar, infrared imaging and communications instrumentation.
- 100MSPS guaranteed sampling rate (AD9446-100)
- 79.5dB and 76.6dB SNR at fIN = 30MHz and fIN = 30MHz (2Vp-p input), 89dBc SFDR with fIN = 30MHz
- Buffered analog inputs and 60 fsec rms jitter
- Output clock available
- Excellent linearity: DNL = ±0.4LSB typical and INL = ±3.0LSB typical
- 3.3V and 5V supply operation and 2.0V p-p to 4.0V p-p differential full-scale input
- LVDS outputs (ANSI-644 compatible) or CMOS outputs
- Data format select (offset binary or twos complement)
- 100 lead TQFP-EP package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
