Product Overview
AD8627 is a precision JFET input amplifier. It features true single-supply operation, low power consumption, and rail-to-rail output. The outputs remain stable with capacitive loads of over 500pF; the supply current is less than 630μA/amp. Applications for the device include photodiode transimpedance amplification, ATE reference level drivers, battery management, both line powered and portable instrumentation, and remote sensor signal conditioning, which includes automotive sensors, industrial controls, automotive sensors, precision filters, audio etc.
- Input bias current is 0.25pA typ
- Single-supply operation is 5V to 26V
- Dual-supply operation is ±2.5V to ±13V
- Rail-to-rail output, voltage noise is 1.9µV p-p typ at (0.1Hz to 10Hz)
- Unity gain stable, no phase reversal
- Low offset voltage is 0.05mV typ
- Slew rate is 5V/µs typ at (VS = 5V, VCM = 1.5V, TA = 25°C)
- Gain bandwidth product is 5MHz typ at (VS = 5V, VCM = 1.5V, TA = 25°C)
- Operating temperature is –40°C to +85°C
- Package style is 8-lead SOIC-N
