Product Overview
AD823A is a dual precision, 17MHz, JFET input op-amp manufactured in the extra fast complementary bipolar (XFCB) process. Typical application include photodiode preamps, active filters, 12-bit to 16-bit data acquisition systems, medical instrumentation and precision instrumentation.
- Single-supply capability from 3V to 36V and input voltage range extends below ground
- Output swings rail-to-rail and no phase inversion with inputs to the supply rails
- High load drive: Linear output current of 40mA, 0.5V from supplies
- 17MHz typ -3dB bandwidth at G = +1
- 30V/µs typ slew rate and 325ns settling time to 0.01% (2V step)
- Low distortion: -108dBc at 20KHz (G = −1, RF = RG = 4Kohm)
- Good DC performance: 0.7mV max input offset voltage, 1μV/°C offset voltage drift
- Low noise: 14nV/√Hz at 10KHz
- 8 lead NSOIC package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
