Product Overview
AD8044 is a quad, low power, voltage feedback, high speed amplifier designed to operate on +3V, +5V, or ±5V supplies. Typical application includes active filters, video switchers, distribution amplifiers, A/D driver, professional cameras, CCD imaging systems and ultrasound equipment (Multichannel).
- Output swings to within 25mV of either rail
- Input voltage range extends 200mV below ground and no phase reversal with inputs 1V beyond supplies
- Low power of 2.75mA/Amplifier
- High speed and fast settling on +5V
- 150MHz -3dB bandwidth (G = +1), 170V/µs slew rate and 40ns settling time to 0.1%
- Good video specifications (RL = 150 ohm, G = +2)
- Gain flatness of 0.1dB to 12MHz, 0.06% differential gain error, 0.15° differential phase error
- Low distortion of -68dBc total harmonic at 5MHz
- Outstanding load drive capability: drives 30mA 0.5V from supply rails
- 14 lead SOIC package, operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
