Product Overview
AD7945 is a fast 12-bit multiplying DAC. It has a 12-bit parallel interface. It offer superior speed and power consumption performance. It is widely used in application such as battery-powered instrumentation, laptop computers etc.
- Relative accuracy ±0.5LSB max
- Differential nonlinearity is ±0.5LSB max
- Low power is 5mW typ
- 40ns write pulse width
- Low glitch is 60nV-s with amplifier connected
- Fast settling is 600ns to 0.01%
- Linearity error is ±0.5LSB
- Nominal supply voltage is +5V
- Operating temperature is –40°C to +85°C
- Packaging style is SSOP (shrink small outline package)
