Product Overview
AD7091R is a 12bit successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that offers ultralow power consumption (typically 349µA at 3V and 1MSPS) while achieving fast throughput rates (1MSPS with a 50MHz SCLK). Typical application includes battery-powered systems, handheld meters, medical instruments, mobile communications, instrumentation and control systems, data acquisition systems, optical sensors, diagnostic/monitoring functions and energy harvesting.
- Fast throughput rate of 1MSPS and specified for VDD of 2.7V to 5.25V
- Logic voltage VDRIVE of 1.65V to 5.25V, INL of ±1LSB maximum and analog input range of 0V to VREF
- Internal 2.5V reference, ±4.5ppm/°C typical drift
