Product Overview
AD5326 is a quad 12bit buffered voltage output DAC. Typical application includes portable battery-powered instruments, digital gain and offset adjustment, programmable voltage and current sources, programmable attenuators and industrial process control.
- ±16LSB INL, ±1LSB DNL, 200μV DC crosstalk, ±0.3% of FSR gain error
- 2-wire (I2C®-compatible) serial interface
- 2.5V to 5.5V power supply
- Guaranteed monotonic by design over all codes
- Double-buffered input logic
- Buffered/unbuffered reference input options
- Power-on reset to 0V, software clear facility and data readback facility
- On-chip rail-to-rail output buffer amplifiers
- 16 lead TSSOP package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 105°C
