The D38999/20KD18SN from Amphenol Aerospace is MIL-DTL-38999 Series III wall mount receptacle with 18 contacts. Amphenol MIL-DTL-38999, Series III circular connector have high reliability and increased versatility. It is designed to withstand harshest environments such as extreme shock, exposure and vibration.
- Moisture and corrosion resistant
- 500 mating cycles, high durability versions are available with 1500 mating cycles
- 500hour salt spray resistance
- Operates at extreme temperature range of -65°C to +200°C
- Minimum insulation resistance is 5000Mohm (under 500VDC)
- Scoop proof to eliminate the possibility of contact damage
- IP67 environmental protection
- Self locking connector system, triple start threaded coupling
- Stainless steel body material with passivated stainless steel finish
- Copper alloy crimp socket contacts with gold plating
