It utilizes both monolithic and advanced stacked silicon interconnect (SSI) technology, offering a high DSP and block RAM-to-logic ratio along with next-generation transceivers. Its efficient architecture, combined with low-cost packaging, makes it ideal for applications requiring high capability without compromising on cost.
