XC7K325T-3FFG676E is a Kintex®-7 FPGA IC. The Kintex®-7 FPGA IC is optimized for the best price-performance ratio, offering up to 2× improvement over previous-generation devices. It enables a new class of high-efficiency FPGAs ideal for applications requiring scalable performance and cost-effective processing.
- Built on 28nm high-performance, low-power (HPL) process using high-k metal gate (HKMG) technology
- Advanced FPGA logic using 6-input LUTs, configurable as distributed memory for high performance
- 36KB dual-port block RAM with built-in FIFO logic for on-chip data buffering
- Powerful CMTs with PLL and MMCM blocks enable precise, low-jitter, flexible clock management
- 326080 logic cells, 250 I/O's
- Dual 12bit XADC with on-chip thermal and supply sensors
- 256-bit AES encryption with HMAC/SHA-256 and built-in SEU detection and correction
- I/O voltage range from 1.2V to 3.3V
- Available in 676 pin FCBGA package
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 100°C
