Product Overview
The A1325LLHLX-T is a low noise Linear Hall Effect Sensor with analogue output designed specifically to achieve high accuracy. The device provides a voltage output that is proportional to the applied magnetic field. BiCMOS monolithic circuit integrates a hall element, temperature-compensating circuitry to reduce the intrinsic sensitivity drift of the Hall element, a small-signal high-gain amplifier, a clamped low-impedance output stage and a proprietary dynamic offset cancellation technique.

Warnings
Device has limited built-in ESD protection. The leads should be shorted together or the device placed in conductive foam during storage or handling to prevent electrostatic damage to the MOS gates.
