- Wiper position stored in non-volatile memory and recalled on power-up
- 99 resistive elements, temperature compensated and ±20% end-to-end resistance
- ±5V terminal voltages
- Low Power CMOS (VCC = 5V, 3mA max active current, 750µA max standby current)
- High reliability (Endurance, 100,000 data changes per bit and 100yrs register data retention )
