DC9S08JS16

DC9S08JS16 is a daughter card for DEMO9S08JS16 demonstration board. This daughter card can be used to demonstrate the features of the MC9S08JS16 device. Operates with onchip USB 2.0 full speed device controller and transceiver. The MC9S08JS16 features a full speed 2.0 USB device controller and integrates a USB transceiver to help to reduce cost by eliminating off chip components. It is ideal for PC peripherals. The DC9S08JS16 daughter card has four (4) bottom mounted asymmetrically positioned 8 x 2 female connectors to mate with the DEMOJM base board.

• Up to 16K flash read/program/erase over entire operating voltage and temperature ranges
• Up to 512B random access memory (RAM)
• Wait plus two stop modes
• Clock source options include crystal, resonator and external clock
• Option to drive USB module with 32.768kHz crystal
• USB device module
• Serial communications interface (SCI) module with optional 13bit break
• Eight interrupt pins with selectable polarity
• A watchdog computer operating properly (COP) reset
