CNC6P1X7R2A475K250AE is a CNC6 series commercial grade, soft termination (low resistance type) multilayer ceramic chip capacitor. It is a product incorporating conductive resin layers into the terminal electrodes. Because the resin layers relieve mechanical stress caused by board flexure, the ceramic body is protected from cracks. Application includes fail-safe design in battery line, prevention of ceramic body cracks by board bending.
- Achieves both high reliability and low resistance by the original structure
- Relieves mechanical stress caused by board flexure
- 4.7μF ±10% capacitance, 100VDC rated voltage, ±15% temperature characteristic
- 5% max dissipation factor, 106Mohm insulation resistance
- Wave (flow) reflow method
- 3.20mm ±0.30mm length, 2.50mm ±0.30mm width, 2.50mm ±0.30mm thickness
- Operating temperature range from -55 to 125°C
