The BAT54S,215 is a planar Schottky Barrier Diode with an integrated guard ring for stress protection, encapsulated in a small SOT23 (TO-236AB) flat-lead surface-mounted device (SMD) plastic package. It is used for ultra high-speed switching, voltage clamping, line termination and reverse polarity protection.
