Product Overview
The DEH-9S-F179 is a 9-way Basic D series Wire Wrap Socket with gold-plated copper alloy contacts. The connector comes with a glass-filled polyester (white) insulator, 0.375-inch tail length and zinc-plated shell with yellow chromate finish connector. The contact is terminated by wrapping wire around it using a wire wrap gun. This connector is especially useful for prototyping since the wire can be unwrapped and rewrapped if necessary.
