3443-82-10 is a 451 series, 0.05inch pitch, ribbon cable wire mount socket. It helps to enable design flexibility in wire-to-board and PLC controllers, especially for small devices. The 0.05inch pitch saves space without a significant reduction in connections. It delivers high connection density to ribbon cable applications. It also helps enable cable end and feed-through termination as well as mass IDC termination for faster connection time. Unlike many other ribbon cable connectors, the header features a true half-size board footprint. Friction latch configurations are available for increased protection against accidental disconnects when using a box header. It is used in wire-to-board connecting applications.
