- 169I/O's, CAN, ethernet, I²C, LIN, SP (interfaces)
- 1.568Mb RAM memory, 110 channels
- 10Bit, 12Bit ADC resolution, surface mount
- Supply voltage range from 1.125V to 1.375V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 150°C
