Product Overview
The MAX4734ETC+ is a low voltage, 4-channel CMOS analogue multiplexer in 12 pin TQFN package. This device handles rail to rail analogue signals and consumes less than 4μW of quiescent power. The MAX4734 has break before make switching. The digital logic input is 1.8V CMOS compatible when using a single 3V supply. It is used in power routing, battery powered systems, low voltage data acquisition systems and PCMCIA cards.

- High current handling capacity (150mA continuous current)
- Fast switching speed (tON = 25ns, tOFF = 18ns) with single 1.8V supply
- Maximum on-resistance of 2ohm at TA = +25°C (single 1.8V supply)
- Break before make delay is 7ns at TA = +25°C (single 1.8V supply)
- Off isolation of -56dB at f = 1MHz and crosstalk of -56dB at f = 1MHz
- Charge injection of 35pC (single 1.8V supply)
- Maximum on-resistance match between channels is 0.2ohm at TA = +25°C (single 3V supply)
- Maximum on-resistance flatness is 0.1ohm at TA = +25°C (single 3V supply)
