Product Overview
The MAX674EPA+ is a 10V precision voltage reference in 8 pin DIP package. This precision voltage reference is pre-trimmed to within ±0.15% of 10V. The MAX674EPA+ has excellent temperature stability of 15ppm/°C, low current drain and low noise. This IC is used in A/D converters, D/A converters, digital voltmeters and threshold detectors.
- Output voltage tolerance is ±15mV
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Low noise of 20μVP-P at 0.1Hz to 10Hz
- Maximum quiescent supply current is 1.4mA
- Short circuit protected
- Load regulation is 0.001%/mA at IL = 0 to 10mA
- Line regulation is 0.006%/V at VIN = 18V to 33V
