BTT60201ERAXUMA1 is a PROFET™ +24V single-channel smart high-side power switch. It provides protective functions and diagnosis. The power transistor is built by an N-channel vertical power MOSFET with charge pump. This device is integrated into Smart6 technology. It is specially designed to drive lamps upto 5 x P21W 24V or 1 x 70W 24V, as well as LEDs in the harsh automotive environment. It is used in applications such as resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads, replaces electromechanical relays, fuses, and discrete circuits, most suitable for loads with high inrush current, such as lamps, suitable for 12V and 24V trucks and transportation systems.

• One channel device, very low stand-by current, 3.3V and 5V compatible logic inputs
• Electrostatic discharge protection (ESD), optimized electromagnetic compatibility
• Logic ground independent from load ground, very low power DMOS leakage current in OFF state
• Operating voltage range from 5V to 36V, AEC qualified
• ON-state resistance per channel is 35mohm typical at (VS = 8V to 36V, TJ = -40°C to +150°C)
• Nominal load current is 7A typical at (VS = 8V to 36V, TJ = -40°C to +150°C)
• Output leakage current is 4µA typical at (VS = 8V to 36V, TJ = -40°C to +150°C)
• Load current limitation is 88A typical at (VS = 8V to 36V, TJ = -40°C to +150°C)
• Standby current for whole device with load (ambient) is 0.1µA typical at (TJ = -40°C to +150°C)
