The HSMQ-C120 is a high performance green Chip LED with untinted/non-diffused lens, made of InGaN. It utilizes high efficient and high brightness InGaN material to deliver competitively priced high performance green. This 520nm green is unique hues which provide colour differentiation to a product. This LED comes in side emitting package is especially suitable for LCD backlighting application. It is compatible with IR soldering and binned by both colour and intensity.
