5414 1 X 36 YD

The 5414 1" X 36 YD from 3M is a water soluble wave solder tape in hazy, transparent colour. This water-soluble poly-vinyl alcohol-backing (1.3mils (0.033mm)) and a synthetic water-soluble adhesive (0.8mils (0.020mm)) is designed for use in masking gold finger areas on printed circuit boards during the wave soldering and then will dissolve completely away during typical in-line aqueous cleaning processes.
