Fluke introduces thermal imagers with new IR Fusion® technology through Newark
CHICAGO-FEBRUARY 28, 2008
Affordable Ti10 and Ti25 models detect and report maintenance problems quickly and easily
Newark, part of the global Premier Farnell Group, and a leading multi-channel, high-service electronics distributor supporting millions of engineers and purchasing professionals across the Americas, announces that it is among the first distributors to carry Fluke’s new line of thermal imagers with patent-pending IR Fusion® technology, designed to affordably perform troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial and electrical equipment or building diagnostics.
IR Fusion® technology integrates infrared and visual (visible light) images in full screen or picture-in-picture views for enhanced problem detection and analysis. This helps users recognize image details and better identify problem areas by quickly scrolling through five different viewing modes, each designed to add greater clarity, accuracy and a valuable frame of reference to infrared images. The Ti10 and Ti25 are the only thermal imagers available today in this format and price range that incorporate this capability in both the camera and software.
“We’re pleased to be one of the first distributors to offer Fluke’s newest technology to maintenance professionals,” comments Paul Buckley, Senior VP. “Newark continues to carry the largest selection of test equipment of any electronics distributor.”
