Product Overview
The VC varistors series are designed to protect sensitive electronic devices against high voltage surges in the low voltage region. VC varistors offer excellent transient energy absorption due to improved energy volume distribution and power dissipation. ESD protection for components sensitive to IEC 1000–4–2, MILSTD 883C Method 3015.7 and other industry specifications. Replacement of larger surface mount TVS Zeners in many applications.
- Operating temperature range from −55ºC to +125ºC
- Operating voltage range of 3 to 170 VDC
