HVC2010-100KFT3

The Welwyn HVC series resistors are high voltage surface mount resistors based on thick film technology. The resistance range includes E24 and E96 decade values from 10K to 1G0 ohm. The resistive thick film material, overglaze and organic protection are screen printed on a 96% alumina substrate. These chips are supplied with wrap-around terminations suitable for soldering. The terminations have an electroplated nickel barrier and tin finish. This ensures excellent ‘leach’ resistance properties and solderability. The HVC resistors are ideally suited for handling by automatic methods due to their rectangular shape and the small dimensional tolerances.

• Limiting element voltage of 1000V (1206), 2000V (2010) and 3000V (2512)
• Power rating of 0.3W (1206), 0.5W (2010) and 1W (2512) at 70°C
• Resistive tolerance is ±0.5%, ±1%, ±2%, ±5% and 10%
• ±50ppm/°C and ±100ppm/°C TCR values available
• Overload voltages up to 4KV
