NRP18P is a R&S®NRPxxP pulse power sensor ideal for radar applications. Pulse characteristics and output power have to be measured in the development process or during installation and maintenance. Similar measurements are required in the production of radar systems and radar components. A maximum video bandwidth of 30MHz and a rise/fall time of < 13ns mean the sensors can measure pulse widths that are as short as 50ns. Key pulse parameters are determined automatically for simpler measurements and to help prevent operating errors. By increasing the sampling rate, the high-resolution mode for repetitive signals can display strongly magnified signal sections.
