MAX322CSA+

The MAX322CSA+ is a precision dual SPST analogue switch in 8 pin NSOIC package. The low power consumption of 1.25mW makes this device ideal for battery powered equipment. It offers low leakage current (100pA max) and fast switching speeds (tON = 150ns max, tOFF = 100ns max). The switch also offers 5pC maximum charge injection and minimum of 2000V ESD protection per method 3015.7. The MAX322 is used in heads-up displays, test equipments, ±5V DACs and ADCs, sample and hold circuits, military radios, PBX systems, PABX systems, guidance and control systems.

• Dual supply voltage range from ±3V to ±8V
• Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
• One normally open (NO) and one normally closed (NC) switch
• Maximum on-resistance of 35ohm at TA = 25°C
• Maximum on-resistance matching between channels is 2ohm at TA = +25°C
• Crosstalk of 85dB at f = 1MHz
• Maximum on-resistance flatness is 4ohm at TA = +25°C
• Break before make time delay of 5ns
