ADUM342E0BRQZ-RL7 is a quad-channel digital isolator based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS), and back-to-back monolithic air core transformer technology, these isolation components provide outstanding performance characteristics and meet CISPR 32/EN 55032 Class B limits at 5Mbps. Applications include serial peripheral interface (SPI) data converter isolation, RS-485 and controller area network with flexible data rate (CAN FD) industrial field bus isolation, PWM controller signal isolation, and general-purpose multichannel isolation. Safety and regulatory approvals include UL recognition: 3000V rms for 1 minute per UL 1577, DIN EN IEC 60747-17 (VDE 0884-17), VIORM = 566V peak, 6,250V peak reinforced surge isolation voltage.
