LT1115CSW#PBF

LT1115CSW#PBF is an ultralow noise, low distortion, audio op-amp. This ultralow noise performance (0.9nV/√Hz at 1KHz) is combined with high slew rates (<gt/>15V/µs) and very low distortion specifications. Typical applications are high quality audio preamplifiers, low noise microphone preamplifiers, very low noise instrumentation amplifiers, low noise frequency synthesizers, infrared detector amplifiers, hydrophone amplifiers, low distortion oscillators.

• Total harmonic distortion at 10KHz is <lt/> 0.002% typ ( Av=–10, VO=7VRMS, RL=600)
• Input offset voltage is 50µV typ (VS=±18V, TA=25°C)
• Input offset current is 30nA typ (VCM=0V, VS=±18V, TA=25°C)
• Input bias current is ±50nA typ (VCM=0V, VS=±18V, TA=25°C)
• Input noise voltage density is 1.0nV/√Hz typ ( fo=10Hz, VS=±18V, TA=25°C)
