Product Overview

The TRANSZORB SMAJ series surface-mount Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode offers 400W peak pulse power capability with a 10/1000μs waveform, 0.01% (300W above 78V) repetitive rate (duty cycle). It is used in sensitive electronics protection against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lighting on ICs, MOSFET and signal lines of sensor units.

  • Available in unidirectional and bidirectional

  • Very fast response time
