The 150D226X9015B2GE3 is an axial lead Solid Electrolyte Capacitor, hermetically-sealed. This 150D series high performance TANTALEX® capacitor comes with solid tinned nickel wire leads. It has set the standard for solid-electrolyte tantalum capacitor for more than three decades. It features high capacitance, low DCL, low dissipation factor and exceptional operating stability.
