Product Overview

The TEPT5600 is a 2-pin Ambient Light Sensor features high photo sensitivity. The ambient light sensor is a silicon NPN epitaxial planar phototransistor. It is sensitive to visible light much like the human eye and has peak sensitivity at 570nm. It features ±20° angle of half sensitivity.
  • Adapted to human eye responsivity
  • Angle of half sensitivity is ±20°
  • Wavelength of peak sensitivity is 570nm
  • Power dissipation of 100mW
  • Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
