Product Overview
The LP3879SD-1.2/NOPB is a fixed-output Voltage Regulator designed to provide high performance and low noise in applications requiring output voltages between 1 and 1.2V. Using an optimized VIP (vertically integrated PNP) process, the device delivers superior performance like ground pin current of typically 5.5 at 800mA load and 200 at 100µA load, low power shutdown of the device draws less than 10μA quiescent current when shutdown pin is pulled low, precision output with ensured output voltage accuracy is 1% at room temperature and low noise of broadband output noise is only 18μV typical with 10nF bypass capacitor.
