Product Overview

The ERJ-3EKF1002V is a Precision Chip Resistor with a high reliability metal glaze thick film resistive element and three layers of electrodes. ERJ series surface mount chip resistor features alumina substrate, protective coating and is suitable for both reflow and flow soldering.
  • Small size and lightweight
  • -55 to 155°C Temperature range
  • Automotive grade AEC-Q200 compliant
  • Maximum power rating of 1W
  • Available in ±0.5% and ±1% tolerance
  • Temperature coefficient (TCR) of ±50, ±100, ±200 and ±300ppm/°C
  • Available in -55°C to 125°C and -55°C to 155°C operating temperature ranges
  • Meets IEC 60115-8, JIS C 5201-8, EIAJ RC-2134B standards
  • Suitable for both reflow and flow soldering
