Product Overview

The BAT54C,215 from NXP is a Planar schottky barrier diodes with an integrated guard ring for stress protection encapsulated in a small 3 pin SOT23 (TO-236AB) surface mounted plastic package. Schottky barrier diode typically used for ultra high speed switching, line termination, voltage clamping and reverse polarity protection.
  • AEC-Q101 qualified
  • Dual common cathode configuration
  • Forward current of 200mA
  • Non repetitive peak forward current Ifsm of 600mA
  • Forward voltage of 800mV at IF = 100 mA
  • Ambient temperature range from -55°C to 150°C
  • Repetitive reverse voltage Vrrm of 30V
  • Total power dissipation of 250mW
