The MINISMDC050F-2 from TE Connectivity is a surface mount PolySwitch resettable device in 45mm x 32mm size. Its smaller size helps to save board space and cost. It optimizes design flexibility and compatible with high volume electronics assembly.

  • Higher voltage ratings allow use in new applications
  • Hold current of 0.5A at room temperature
  • Maximum voltage of 24V
  • Trip current of 1A at room temperature
  • Maximum current of 100A
  • Maximum resistance of 1ohm (post trip)
  • Maximum time to trip is 0.15sec
  • Maximum power dissipation of 0.8W
  • Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
