Product Overview

The 33210A/002 CAL D from Keysight Technologies is a 10MHz function/arbitrary waveform generator with 14bit, 50MSa/s, 1mHz to 3MHz, 8K-point arbitrary waveform generator option. The waveforms are generated using DDS technology which creates stable, accurate low distortion sine waves as well as square waves with fast rise and fall times up to 10MHz and linear ramp waves up to 100KHz. The 33210A/002 can generate variable edge time pulses up to 5MHz. With variable period, pulse width and amplitude the 33210A/002 is ideally suited to wide variety of applications requiring flexible pulse signal. The knob or numeric keypad can be used to adjust frequency, amplitude, offset and other parameters. Linear and logarithmic sweeps are also built in with sweep rates selectable from 1ms to 500s. Burst mode operation allows for a user selected number of cycles per trigger. GPIB, LAN LXI-C Ethernet 10/100 and USB 2.0 interfaces are standard plus user get full programmability using SCPI commands.
