- 100% solids, 11,000cps viscosity, meets the requirements of IPC-7721, 2.4.1 standard
- 12 months at 25°C shelf life, 30min tack free, 15 to 20min (10 to 15min at 100°C) pot life
- 7.4g (0.26oz) total, 4g (0.14oz) adhesive, 3.4g (0.12oz) hardener
- 24hr at 25°C cure schedule, >400V/mil DC dielectric breakdown, >1 x 10^4ohm insulation resistance
- Service temperature range from -55°F to 192°F, short term exposure of ≤ 600°F (1 minute)
