Product Overview
Scorpion rework system provides both accurate component placement and specifically tailored reflow profiles (through APR patented single component Micro Oven™) in one user friendly, single platform rework system. This SMD rework system removes, places and solders many types of surface mounted devices including BGA, CGA, QFN, QFP, PLCC, MLF and flip chip. It features on-the-fly thermal profile management with live solder joint temperature display which enables operators to build successful thermal profiles in minimal attempts. 550W top reflow heater with variable airflow focuses convection heat to the targeted component without reflowing other nearby parts. Also has dual-zone convection heating simultaneously warms a wide area of the PCB and a focused region directly underneath the targeted component. Workbench sized system with 200-240VAC voltage input encases the CPU, pumps and compressors into a single enclosure and operates with standard electrical systems.
